You Capture - Shapes
Our home…was Leo’s home before we met.
I could go on for days about how I don’t fit here, but it seems really silly in light of how a majority of the world lives. I have a beautiful, high functioning house. It is not my choice of home, but it is lovely and I am grateful beyond measure to live so well.
(And I know, things like paint and simple touches change things, the problem is much more pervasive and far too expensive to be so easy. I truly wish it were that simple.)
That being said, the contemporary style of our house makes for super interesting shapes at different times of day.
Like when the sun is setting.

Or even when it’s dark outside.

Trying to get back in the swing of things with You Capture. Go check out what others captured here. Hoping I’ll be back every week!
I do have house envy, but that said, I totally get your feelings. And in a lesser way, my house was Shane's bachelor pad for years before me, so I know how hard it can be to just CHANGE. I'm trying, but I feel like it's taken me five years to make it feel a little bit like my house!

Love the shadow shapes. The subtle cross shadow and the bright wedges are visually very interesting! I hadn't thought of interior shadows.

The shadow shapes with the furniture and blinds is really quite mysterious. That coupled with your header has really piqued my curiosity about your story. After I make it through the rest of the YC posts, I'll be back. (-:

There are a few questions on your site.
